Is your bank on the summer bonus schedule for analysts? If not why would you consider leaving mid year?
Pretty much every bank is.
We are on summer bonus just paid two weeks ago.
Look at Indeed.com. I posted a lateraling guide a few weeks ago- take a look at that. Lateral recruiting is completely random- there is no schedule like SA or FT recruiting have. Pay the $200 or whatever WSO charges for resume reviews and monitor Indeed.com daily (you can set email alerts and even search by city). Good luck.
