Lateral Market for Late 2022/Early 2023
As it sounds, wondering what people think of this generally. I recognize it’s hard to predict when things will come back. Have had some success with strong Rx group and number of solid MMs so think these areas could be good. I’m an AN2 and would prefer to move to a better bank before looking at buyside, but if the lateral market is rough for another 6 months might “settle” on something less ideal on buyside now. Know we won’t have a repeat of last year for lateral market, but hoping for some improvement soon.
Hopefully some of this could be relevant to others.

Lateral market will be rough outside of RX. Plenty of CS guys looking to move so unless your coverage group / bank is stronger it could be tough until they all jump (easy story less risk to lateral hire from CS vs. somewhere else in theory)
Makes sense, appreciate the info. Not what I wanna hear but appreciate it
