Lateral phone call.

I have a lateral phone call coming up later this week with a pretty legit MM bank for its tech group. I'm currently not in tech but would absolutely love making the transition. My question to you all is what to expect on the call. It's with a 2nd or 3rd analyst so I don't really know what will be asked. How is it different than normal recruiting? Also, my call is during work hours... how should I go about taking the call?

My suggestion would be to show that you know the tech industry. Not really sure about anything else though. sorry haven't been in the situation, I like where I'm at.
