I have an off cycle-internship at a boutique (highly respected in niche) that's going to be wrapping up in March. Would it be possible to recruit for FT Associate roles with this experience and a top MBA? (assuming I have good reviews too)
I have 5+ years prior experience and have been on several live deals during the internship.
