I am currently being considered for a lateral position at a BB, and just completed the 1st round. I haven't gotten any updates from HR or hiring manager and it's been about a month. What is the typical recruiting timeline for lateral roles? FYI I did follow up and go no reply as well so should I take that as a cue and move on?
