We all know that there are a lot of layoffs happening across the board. Is there any room during this cycle for a SA or first year analyst to lateral to a different company or get hired full time at another company? How are companies like JPM/BAML/Barclays doing? I am wanting to engage with some connections but do not know if headcounts are shrinking and if it is even worth it.
