Lateraling from MM to BB After SA
I am curious what peoples experiences have been attempting to lateral after their SA stint at a middle market firm. With a solid IB experience under your belt, what is it like attempting to get a full time offer at another bank (either MM or BB)? Is it fully dependent on networking or does applying everywhere do something?
