Lazard Recent Deals
Have a final round with Lazard in UK. Could anyone shed light on recent mega-deals conducted by them (preferable of a cross-border focus)?
I know of Johnson&Johnson-Actelion. Any other mega deals in M&A Advisory/Capital Advisory/Restructuring?
