LBO .. Need help

Hi everyone,

I'm an engineering student preparing for summer internship interviews.. I had to learn all teh technical aspects of M&A by myself since I didn't have such courses .. I pretty much understand everything, but I'm having REAL trouble with LBOs .. I understand the global concept of it being an acquisition mainly financed with debt .. but other than that, I really don't know what can be asked from me during an interview, and I don't want to risk having a summer internship for a queston like this now that I've went through all the trouble of learning all the other things I'm supposed to know, so I'd really appreciate your help..

What questions can I have concerning LBOs? What should I know about them? I understand they're mostly in the form of case studies, would you know where I could find such documents? I've googled that but nothing interesting comes up.. I have the impression that LBO is the most complicated thing in M&A that candidates are supposed to know, am I wrong here??
