LBS MFA Chances

I’m currently in my penultimate year of an engineering degree at a target (Warwick, UCL). I intend on applying to the LBS MFA and want to know my chances of success. I am currently on a lower 2:1 (~63%) and working on bringing that up. I have an RE investment internship at a top 5 RE investment manager this summer and have taken part in a few insights, spring weeks and work experiences in IB and PE. If I’m able to get a good GMAT score, do I have a chance of getting onto the LBS MFA program, despite my lower university grades and somewhat limited experience. Thanks
