Left IB...not sure what to do next.

i did an MBA at a non- target European B-School and then got into a 6 month program at a top bank with a mid-tier IB coverage team business. After 6 months as a senior analyst, I decided IB is not for me, as my mental health was suffering terribly (not sure if shitty team or nature of the industry). Due to accumulated goodwill and hardwork, I got offered an associate position in operations where I quickly became a top performer. However the comps are no way comparable. While I absolutely love my new team, I am wondering how to improve my comps and I'm open to ideas. Also open to best advise on maximizing opportunities in ops; or if there are other opportunities I am blind to by virtue of tunnel vision. There's alot going on in the digital asset space and quickly getting up to speed on that. Opinions are welcome
