I know that it is extremely competitive, though not strictly diversity. You can get in if you are white (or at least I have been told. Hopefully its true for both our sakes). I know applications are due in November. Lehman is starting to recruit at my school for it now. We got the preliminary emails about 3 weeks ago. Don't know much more than that.
