Lenders to REIT (at REIT Level)

Anyone have any insight on who might lend ~$10mm to a Healthcare REIT (at the REIT level)? REIT has ~60 properties (~10 owned ~50 JV's) that have their own individual mortgages at the property level below the REIT.

“he is really helpful by telling me what way should I read market news, and I think overall is good. However, I'd wish him can go over a market news with me, but he didn't do that. Overall, it's fine and helpful and learning market news is crucial for me, and I think our academy can put this as a course for people to learn how should we read and how can we articulate that, pitch that during an interview. This should be composed as an offcial course to learn, so I think we can really do that to improve.”
