Are the comments postive or bad and any notices put in your personal file permanently and disclosed to any future employers? Or is your file only relevent as long as you work at that company and when you start employment at another Investment Bank you get another personal file?
I would really appreciate some insight on this. Can 1 letter in your personal file destroy any future employment forever?
