Letting staffers know about on-cycle
Trying to figure out the etiquette regarding PE recruiting.
Do you guys let your staffers know about your on-cycle efforts?
I’ve also noticed that some HH forms ask for your staffer’s info. Is this necessary and do they contact them? I just hit the desk and would find it a bit awkward if they are already being notified of my recruiting. I’m not looking to circumnavigate any traditional processes, but just looking to receive clarity on the topic.
Just talk to your second years who’ve already been through this. Just depends on the group. My seniors don’t care at all if I dip into a conference room for 30 mins to talk to a HH cause they get it, but I assume it’s not like that everywhere.
