Can somebody explain what exactly you do within a levfin product group (specifically, what is the bank's role in the execution of the high yield offering, besides selling the debt?) I get how the m&a process works (i.e. finding buyers, negotiating prices), but haven't been able to find much on what an analyst, associate, vp, or md would do in a levfin transaction.
