Leveraging Offers / Which Banks Accelerate Recruiting
I received an offer today at a solid MM firm today for SA 2022. The offer expires a week from today. I would like to try to leverage this for other ones. Several firms have said they don't offer accelerated recruiting for these situations. I was wondering if anyone knows which banks offer acceleration.
JPM, GS and EVC won't accelerate in my experience and I had a top EB offer. Heard that MS does but wasn't able to get a hold of them.
would you recommend reaching out to HR at MS?
When I attempted this, I reached out to a senior MD connection who got me in the accelerated process. Not sure how helpful it would be reaching out to hr especially from a non core school.
Did you succeed in the process?
I decided not to go (accepted a better offer) probably wasn’t the best move to even ask for an interview since I was already leaning towards my other offer. The connection of mine strongly suggested that I only go if I was 100% sure that I would accept their offer, so out of respect I decided not to go.
