LevFin groups (DB, Wells, BofA CLT)

I know they all have relatively good levfin practices because of their strong balance sheets. However, I wanted to learn more about the Bank of America’s Charlotte practice specifically, the kind of work a LevFin analyst at Wells actually gets exposed to and whether they run the model, and if LevFin at DB is losing senior talent like the rest of the bank

CLT not CHR

BofA levfin CLT is a garbage group riding off the coattails of the NYC practice and will probably shut down soon.

I've heard some pretty bad things about exit ops/culture/hours in the CLT group but do you think cost of living could make up for it?
