Lied and got the offer, am I screwed?

Hi everyone. I had an Spring Week interview for a BB(1) and I was asked if I had applied to other Spring Weeks. I said that I hadn't, but I already had accepted an offer for another Spring Week at another BB(2) (which is more like an online event and I didn't have to do any interviews). I have now received an offer for BB(1). Should I worry?? Thanks in advance

Our HR team tracks key people in their own database, some leak through new hires, some through searches or LinkedIn. I don't think analysts are tracked though. This is more for our people leaving and not abiding by gardening leave.

No, I have not. For BB(2) I haven't had to sign a contract, just the code of conduct, NDA and Privacy policy. For BB(1), I am waiting for the formal offer letter. Theoretically, would I be able to accept both offers, right?

as long as you don't share any information of either company to the other, I don't see any problems. read the contracts again and look for any issues.

The dates aren't even coincidental. The thing is that in the interview I was asked whether I had applied to other SW and I was nervous and said no
