Great culture, massive deal flow (mostly sponsor backed). PE exits to MM mostly, building out PC exits with some notable IB laterals. Comp slightly below market historically (for bonus, base on market, but comp supposed to increase). Potentially the best culture bank out there from what I heard so long as you’re not too caught up in prestige ranking
