I have now realized what the ghosting meant, GGs
Global head of hiring said our off-cycles are already determined for now. But an analyst said there might be something in Q1 but don't know if the candidate is already determined.
Also they run super lean and very limited analyst spots with no leeway for headcount. One An transferred there from US office after visa, one An is there from Canada, another guy got FT for next year but got a chance to start this year only because someone left.
got it, im assuming that means no hiring for now then. thanks for the detailed response, really appreciate it
Do they sponsor visas in uk?
Yes. But finding a spot will be more of an issue in the London office than the visa cause like I said, they run very lean and don’t have any plans of hiring any time soon.
they are currently still running the process... final round next week
