London All-In Analyst Comp?

Just wondering if anyone has any info on London IBD All-In comps (year end salary including bonus) for Analysts.

Just trying to get a rough idea of how large bonuses are here in London for 1st year, 2nd year analysts etc. So if anyone has any info (especially for the BBs, that would be great)...

P.S. I know that bases are roughly 50-55k Sterling.

Also, what are the sign-on bonuses like, if any?

Thanks

Info from friends.

Base is £50k, signon: £4-6k, full bonus (if on the summer to summer bonus plan): £15-20k (bottom bucket), £25-35 (mid) £40-45 (top). Stub (if on calendar year bonus plan): £12-16k

Above is for BBs, EBs tend to be slightly above street. Have heard of 90-110% bonus at some EBs. Centerview is the highest paying - they have a £25k sign on and way above street base+bonus.

There is a yearly survey done by Arkasden Partners that should give you a good idea.
