Working at a MM bank in London closing out my first year - be great to get an idea of the typical bonus % in an OK (not bad not great) year for Analyst 1s here.
Have a few friends at the likes of Jefferies, BBs, and EBs and from the limited conversations I have had they claim mid-bucket is 20-30%.

from my experience at EB, 30-50% seems to be the range (pro-rata for how long you have been at the bank)
issue is tax as big chunk disappears. if you have student loans, even worse

Seems very lopsided to top bucket bonuses, very much selection bias going on here. No way an average analyst 1 is making north of 35k.

Numbers haven’t changed significantly since last year for analyst 1 at my EB
Top bucket was 50% or so (£70 base)
Mid bucket 30-35% I think
If you’ve done well at a good group would expect £100-110 all in, for mid maybe £90-100 all in
