London (and continent) off-cycles

I‘m a last year student with a summer at a BB in London lined up and currently looking for off-cycles for after my summer. I am aware that the market is rough and most banks have hiring freezes. I was wondering, however, if anyone has some insights whether banks will open off-cycles for September onwards anytime soon, or if they wait and see how the market develops over the coming month and maybe do some last-minute opening in the summer if deal-flow should pick up pace again.
