Farmer J is good for a place you could do every day without blowing out.  I like the steak, rice, green veg and sweet potatoes.  Or throw in the mac and cheese on the side instead of veg if feeling particularly carby.  The chicken is good too. A lot of combinations you can put together so it doesn't feel too repetitive. Very easy to get a burger every day but is a dangerous habit to get into.

To eat out? Highly dependant on budget. Under £20 there just aren't any

Godo/Al Dente for healthy pasta (it's carbs but works for lunch). Zaha for great protein-packed naan rolls

Otherwise Indian food tends to be quite healthy and low-carb if you play it right (Dishoom, Jamavar)

Completely agree, Farmer J is amazing!

The healthy delivery scene is quite poor so happy to take any suggestions. Tried lunch meal prep services and they were quite shit
