London Energy IB ranking

Fellow monkeys,

I'm wondering Which BB's/EB's are better for energy IB/Trading in London?

Which BB's/EB's have the best exit opportunities, best culture and the best compensation/work-life balance?

Cheers

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but can you speak at all to quality of exits and compensation at Augusta? I'm interested in renewables but there is limited info on them given relatively small scale

Out of the BB's I would say JPM and BAML are probably two of the strongest and out of the EB's I believe Evercore has quite a strong energy team and also I've heard a bit about TPH (soon to be merged with PWP) being a reputable energy focused boutique
