London - How easy it is to transition from top rating agency (S&P -Moodys - Fitch) to IB (structured finance)

I was wondering how easy it was to move from a role in structured finance (ABS) to Investment Banking after a few years working in a big three rating agency (S&P -Moodys - Fitch).
