Top US undergrad but didn't recruit well enough for 2026 summer. London summers are yet to open, are there any visa barriers to applying to the London office? For those in London, do you see a lot of non-UK students in the London office?

Visa shouldnt be an issue for you since the UK is pretty lenient on this, almost every firms that already met the salary threshold are more than happy to pay some pennies to provide work sponsorship, even for interns. And that being said, lots of people in IB (or can I say the majority) are not from the UK or UK-based so it is indeed really diverse
London IB scene is actually quite diverse, however, I would say 75% of the non-UK folks in London are europeans, 20% asians and maybe 5% or less others (including US).
