Do not enjoy the culture and types of deals at my current firm, and hoping to make a lateral move. Consistent performer with positive reviews but I’m looking to do something different.
How’s the market looking right now? Been hearing a lot of different things given market conditions vs. talent shortage. I see a lot of associate level openings but not so much at the analyst level.
