London: min bonus to keep you from leaving?

Saw a couple of similar threads but wanted to get one for London as we're a bit of a minority group on this forum. I'm a third-year IBD Analyst (£60k base salary) and we find out our bonuses shortly. I'm not sure what to expect because of Covid-19 but we've had a very good year so I'm hoping it is ok.

For a third-year IBD Analyst in London, what is the lowest bonus you'd be happy with? E.g. if I got a £25k bonus I would be pretty pissed off but I don't know if I'm being ungrateful by saying that so want to set myself some realistic expectations.

In IBD - as long as you don't tell you are bottom bucket (ie you suck) I would move for anything that is below 50-60% of base (60% at US BBs, 50% at Euro BBs given these pay less).

But also consider what the firm is paying - BofA for instance this year has cut bonuses because they struggled on the retail side - whilst it's not a good excuse, understand where you sit relative to your firm
