London Raymond James reputation

Hi all, 

There isn't much information on Raymond James in the UK - both in terms of market reputation and culture. I was wondering if anybody could shed some light on:

- General reputation as MM investment bank. Especially compared to other MM banks such as Canaccord Genuity.

- Work/life balance and culture.

- Any sectors they are particularly strong in

Up and coming. Has been expanding aggressively - as you can see via. LinkedIn in terms of headcount / junior hires. On the latter point, junior talent is pretty strong. 

Rep in London is hard to say, but over time it will probably edge over Canaccord Genuity for certain sectors e.g. fintech. 

Work/life - mixed depending on team, in line with other boutiques. Culture - can't really say, know someone there who enjoys it. 

Again, sector strength at the moment - predominantly tech/fintech.
