Was already the case 3-4 years ago when I interned there
No return offer for anyone and best you could get was the opportunity to stay as an intern (know someone who did 3 off-cycles with them before being converted…)
From what I understand, like 70% for RBC - give or take. There was some blow outs (definitely no return offers) but nothing too bad

A RH for Citi IBD told me that there is a full-time position waiting for everyone who got into the SA programme. So "in theory" 100%, but in practice I have no idea
