London Summer Analysts from europe 2021
I've recently accepted a top BB offer for the summer of 2021, but am unsure whether the major banks have taken a position regarding the impact of Brexit on European Citizen's visa status. The official terms of the Brexit are still unknown, but anyone knows how likely it is that European's wont receive a visa for next summer?

Surely not an issue with large banks, probably not an issue either with smaller banks.
The real change is that competition will be with people from across the world, although EU language skills still remain an advantage.
In that sense, competition won’t really change. You need language/cultural skills to be in a European coverage group and it’s unlikely that banks would turn to foreigners for UK coverage groups (they have so many Brits from UK targets already). So at the end of the day, probably not much will change
I agree, partly, especially in the short-term recruiting won't look very different. Lots of desks where languages aren't really needed though, especially on the S&T side.
