Blair, Arma, HL all compete on the same deals for tech (source: my interviewer at Blair). All have good deal flow but definitely a fair bit of pitching.

Torch is probably just below the above in terms of deal size but has very good deal flow with a solid rep in the £100-500m EV space.

Baird tech isn’t renowned whatsoever particularly in London.

Not too sure about GP Bullhound but probably more of a LMM shop - my guess is they’re a competitor to Torch but fall short slightly on reputation + deal flow.

Blair has the best base salary (but with atrocious bonuses in recent years due to firm-wide struggles). Comp is similar across the board for the others - £60-65k for An1 (but not sure if this applies to GP).

GP Bullhound in London focus on LMM, with their Paris and U.S. offices playing higher (multiple 1bn+ deals done in the past 5 years). Definitely competes with Torch in London, but both play lower than the others
