Arma Partners, Qatalyst, Greenhill and William Blair aren't top boutiques.
How do you even put greenhill in the same sentence as these others.
They have established themselves and will continue to be (and compete) with the top tier of elite boutiques (EVR, Moelis etc.)
Anyone who says otherwise has no idea how this industry works dont @ me.
I am not putting them on the same level as the others. I know their peers are the ones that you mentioned. But the drop in deal flow since the founder left the day-to-day and continued negative performance don't warrant an EB classification atm. Btw, I also don't think that Centerview and Moelis (M&A) are necessarily performing very well in Europe, better than Greenhill though.
Centerview does quite well in EU M&A - has some large clients that they keep advising (ie Unilever).
Can you please stop spamming about boutiques, there are many threads talking about it already.
