Had bids come in for a sponsor-backed asset which my MD pushed off sending to client for a day so that we could figure out how to position ourselves ahead of discussing live. Out of curiosity, what’s the longest time your team has kept a bad round of bids under wraps from management / sponsor? Days? Weeks?
