Looking for a Backup Offer

With all this talk about offers being rescinded would it be prudent to actually interview this fall for FT even thou I already have a FT offer? My thinking is that it’s always good to hedge your bets but you probably wouldn't find out that your offer has been rescinded until well after recruiting season is over.
