Looking for JMP Group Interview Advice or Comments

I am meeting with a co-founder and part of the upper management at JMP Group in San Francisco for an interview. I recently graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Psychology, but I was on the team that won the 2012 entrepreneurship challenge at UCSD, and have started two companies within the trading and money management space. One company was focused on creating custom algorithmic trading strategies for retail investors, and my goal for the second is for it to become a small investment firm in the years to come. I have been a successful trader since 2011, with extensive experience trading equity options, futures and futures options, interest rate products, commodities and forex. I did well in high school, 3.7 GPA, and did well on my SAT's, but I didn't really get such a hot GPA in college... So I guess what I'm looking for is just a few comments about what to expect, or how I should try to position myself for this interview. Thanks everyone!
