I'm an incoming FT Analyst 2016. Office is located in Grand Central area (slightly North).
I'm looking for (at least) a real 2 bedroom flat as close to the mentioned area as possible or close to respective subway stations (4 & 6 or E & M). A set-up with 3 or 4 people could be also possible.
Preferred move-in would be July 1st but I'm flexible towards June or August if the perfect apartment is only available by then. The lease should not be longer than 12 months, i.e. until end of June 2017 preferably.
Some keywords: 24 years old male, German, clean, pretty chill (rather go out than bringing the party home), fan of Gin & Tonic and Wine, like to cook for my friends (if there is time and a decent kitchen), regularly in the Gym, in a relationship, ... happy to answer any questions - just shoot me a message or leave a comment.
Monthly all-in rent per person should be around $1,800 (+/- 200).
I'd be a fan of an elevator building with a dishwasher - a gym in the building would be nice and convenient.
I will be in New York from May 17th on - happy to meet in person by then or Skype/FaceTime before.
