Looking for roommate - June 2017 NYC
Hi everyone. My roommate and I (both current 1st years in IB) are renewing our lease and looking for a new third roommate for our apartment since the current one is moving out. The apartment is a true 3-bedroom a couple minute walk from Grand Central. Rent is $1450 a month. Since we are renewing a lease, there will be no broker fees, etc to pay. Lease is a June 1 start date. We are very clean and quiet while in the apartment (tend not to bring the party home with us) and would be looking for the same in a roommate.
