Los Angeles Lease Leaving?
S/O all the WSO monkeys working in LA. If you're on your way out of the city in the next months (anytime before july) and have a great apartment lease you're looking to leave behind please leave a reply so I can reach out. I will pay a finders fee ($250) to you if it works out saving me time for searching for a lease. I am an incoming analyst at PE firm.
Basic characteristics looking for:
- Drivable to century city in rush hour (i.e. brentwood / santa monica etc)
- 2 Bedroom (Under $6k) or Studio (~$2-4k)
Willing to pay for your old furniture/desk setup if that is of interest. Esp if it's a dope setup I will bump up that finders fee...
