Low GPA at Target - On or Off Resume?

My first post here is about an L, very great. Basically, I'm a rising sophomore at a target and have a horrendous freshman year GPA of 2.0. No point getting into details but I'm disabled and had some severe health complications related to that which fucked up my semester. I'm doing a sophomore semester early this summer now that my health shit is stable, and I have a 3.7 (in this term).

For some context without doxxing, I've gotten into a couple of BB freshman diversity programs (I'm black), have a really solid network from alumni and a well-known diversity program (think MLT, SEO, BLK, etc) with great industry connections. In terms of internships/extracurriculars, currently at a middle-market boutique PE firm in my city, did a search fund during the year, and in my school's investment fund, etc. All the standard shit.

So, what should I do? I'm confident I can finish my summer term with a 3.85 at least and land a 3.9 during my year, but seeing how accelerated things are, should I leave my GPA off my resume for now when networking and applying to places that don't make me physically imput my GPA? Alternatively, should I add "Post-Freshman GPA" next to cumulative? Or maybe "Major GPA", seeing as I took my first major courses this summer? Or would that just fuck me as well for first rounds seeing as even if my post-freshman or major gpa would be a 3.8+, my cumulative is still dogshit.

Also, do you think I'm just fucked in general for landing BB/EB SA placements? Or is there a path to recovery at the end of this cucking recruitment tunnel. Would really appreciate some advice.

TLDR; dogshit gpa from target as a rising sophomore, rest of resume + connections are good, on or off resume and am I fucked for BB/EB as a whole? Also apologies if this posted more than once, my internet is fucked rn
