Lower tier bank >> EB advice needed

Hi guys, looking for some advice on moving from a lower tier bank (SocGen / BNP / RBC) to an EB (PJT / Evercore / PWP) in London. I have a verbal offer at the moment.

It may sound obvious a right move in terms of exposure, culture, pay and exits etc...but I'm just A1 without a lot of deal experience in the pocket and I'm doing really well in my current team (getting along with all the people, politically stable..., being the lead analyst on deals etc.)

Especially I'm in the middle of a sell-side and I'm not sure if this is the right time to leave everything and the deal team I really enjoy working with behind while the new opportunity probably won't wait for me to close the deal after 5 months...Any advice?
