LTV Calculation - Prospect interested in RX
I understand LTV as being defined as loan in comparison to the asset value that backs it. When calculating the LTV in a table including the various tranches of debt, where does one find the 'V' portion to divide the principal by? Elementary question but any help would be great. Thanks!
