M&A Consulting Internship to Full-Time Investment Banking, how to recruit and prepare?
I am just curious about what the full-time Investment Banking recruitment timeline (2027 grad date) looks like. I did recruit for summer analyst internships, coming from a non-target, and was in a couple of processes, but ended up with an M&A consulting internship offer. Just wanted to understand what the best way is to position the internship, and if full-time IB is possible. Thanks for any insight!
