Hey WSO-ers: looking to find M&A data from 2007 to present that lists each deal. Looking to refine the list by completed take-private transactions of a deal size >$100mm. Also imperative is that the final offer price per share be given.
Any ideas where I can pull the information? Need this for a university research paper. Much appreciated, thanks.

You're asking for a -lot- of data -- M&A deals over all industries and all geographies? That's insane.
You can get most of this from a CapIQ screen. There's another place online called MergerSomething but I can't for the life of me remember the name. By the way, a lot of private transactions don't include price (as anyone who's spreading comps will agonize about); good luck on that...
