M&A deals in the UK

Hello,

I'm writing this 1st post with the intention of removing some of the blind spots I have in regard to Mergers & Acquisitions process and I would be very grateful if you could help me out...

I'm an individual sponsor looking to buy businesses in the UK (my industry is Healthcare / Residential Care Homes for Elderly), with a deal value of £1- £5 m using o combination of debt financing (via corporate banks) and seller-financing.

My question is...are there any potential roadblocks that could prevent me from doing this? (e.g. Brexit, track record of doing business in the UK for a number of years, etc). My nationality is Romanian.

Thank you.
