M&A Fees for MegaCap Deals
Based on your guys' prior experience? What do you feel is a decent fee to command on bayside and sell side transactions in the +$10bn range? Obviously there are some barnburners that approach $100mm or even exceed it but then I see some guys that get ~$15mm. Curious what you'd be happy receiving and what actually denotes a strong fee relative to what other advisors are getting
