I need examples of multinationals acquiring local companies in developing nations for market integration purposes (as opposed to immediate returns, etc).
I've found some decent examples/case studies but I need some more.
Bloomberg --> MA --> you can then select the regions and countries you want. From there a little google/factset/capiq will tell you the rest.
