M&A in detail
Can anybody recommend a good book illustrating every detail in each process of the M&A from the standpoint of practioners? For example, when drafting a NDA or process letters which elements have to be included and so on.
I’m not quite sure if there is such a book, but if anybody knows such a book please tell me.

Why? It would never come up in an interview, and you will very quickly learn such things on the job.
By the way, it's practitioners not parishioners...the latter are the church-going folk which, with few exceptions, doesn't include too many of the M&A folk...
Lol. It’s quite amazing how MS word does that..
Anyways, I know that those things are quite minor issues when compared to modeling or other stuffs. But, I just need some guidance of the overall process of the M&A in each step.

However, as dacarez says, a lot of the technical stuff probably won't be an issue during interviews.
what work do you do at MM? I'm interested in M&A also you see. on your resume did have any previous experience in M&A...how does one show their interest in M&A to an IB
